TempraMed Technologies Ltd. (CSE: VIVI; OTCQB: TMPTF; FSE: 9DY) announced that its VIVI Cap Smart medication-protection device now supports connectivity with Apple Health and Google Fit.

The October 5 update advances TempraMed’s effort to combine temperature protection with digital tracking for insulin pens, GLP-1 therapies and other injectable medications. VIVI Cap Smart is designed to record injection activity and temperature exposure while providing medication reminders and allowing information to be shared with caregivers, healthcare professionals and remote-patient-management systems.

Connecting with Apple Health and Google Fit could allow injection-related information to appear alongside other personal health data. TempraMed describes the product as pen-agnostic, meaning it is designed to work across multiple pen brands and therapy categories rather than being tied to one drug manufacturer.

“VIVI Cap Smart is about much more than protecting medication from heat and cold, it turns the injectable medication into a connected data point,” CEO Ron Nagar said.

The announcement does not disclose a commercial agreement with Apple or Google, subscription pricing, customer-adoption figures or revenue generated by the connectivity. It also does not provide clinical evidence showing that the integration improves adherence or health outcomes.

TempraMed said VIVI Cap Smart is intended to support a connected-device and subscription model, potentially adding software revenue to its existing hardware sales. That opportunity remains forward-looking and will depend on customer demand, technical performance, privacy requirements and continued access to third-party health platforms.

The company reported preliminary sales of approximately US$2.07 million for the eight months ended August 31, 2026, exceeding its approximately US$1.8 million in sales for all of 2025. Those interim sales figures had not been finalized when announced.

Financial capacity remains a consideration. TempraMed reported US$28,000 in cash, US$819,000 in current assets and US$3.25 million in current liabilities as of June 30, 2026. Revenue for the first six months was US$1.15 million, while the company recorded a US$4.14 million net loss and US$2.39 million in negative operating cash flow.

The filing identified material uncertainty that may cast significant doubt on TempraMed’s ability to continue as a going concern. After the quarter, the company raised approximately C$1.18 million through convertible debentures and units. The financing improved near-term liquidity but introduced interest obligations and potential shareholder dilution.

  • VIVI Cap Smart subscription pricing and rollout details
  • User-adoption and recurring-revenue data
  • Digital-health, pharmaceutical or remote-monitoring partnerships
